The team really went above & beyond with every aspect of our RV hire. They made pick up & drop off very easy and spent time to show us every aspect of the vehicle and their friendly and helpful approach made everything a breeze. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team! Thank you again 🤙

We had a great experience with the campervan and the Indie Camper team. We had some issues with the functionality of the water tank refill ajd the tire pressure sign not turning off after refilling the tires. Nevertheless the communication with Indie Camper was good.

Kristen and Jason were great! They gave us thorough instructions for operation and function of the RV!

Overall we had a great vacation, there was some lack of knowledge at the Seattle location, and lack of cleanliness but we saw some amazing nature which would have been impossible without a van.

Attention to detail, pans have lids that actually fit and a plug for the sink, also a hose that fits the water connection Had a great two weeks, the van was compact and easy to park. Great for 2

Increase the water pressure for the shower. It was a hassle to wash up with dripping water. Make sure all accessories are included. Window cover was missing on sliding door and no nossel on outside shower hose. Otherwise it worked for our needs and served our purpose. Worked just fine for our needs and allowed us the freedom we were looking for in camping and traveling as we wanted. Few minor things missing on pickup yet it wasn’t a huge deal for us. Window cover was missing and hose nosell for outside shower was not there.

There were a few issues with the van that weren’t noticeable until after driving and using it for a day. The water tank leaked and the seal on the pop top on the Solis was coming off which made it difficult to close. Also there was major damage to the vehicle and while noted it was a bummer to rent a damaged rig. Other than those few things, online check in was easy, the campervan was awesome and our trip was fantastic. The San Diego team was awesome! We really appreciated the warm welcome and easy check out. The Indie experience was great other than getting the damaged vehicle. Trip was great and traveling in the van was a great experience. Also loved that we could drop it off in a different city.

The orientation at check-in was very minimal. I didn’t explain what to do with the tablets for toilet. Could have been more thorough. The hot water tank and frig were not working which caused us to have to stop for repairs It was a great well equipped camper for a great trip down to visit. Many parks and excursions. The support online was very helpful. Any issues and we were sent to a repair shop

We had a fantastic experience with Indie Camper during our recent trip exploring the Pacific Northwest! Renting from them proved to be a great choice, and we would definitely recommend their services to others looking for an adventurous way to see this beautiful region. One of the standout features of our rental was the rooftop tent. It made setting up camp incredibly easy and quick, and we found the tent to be both comfortable and dry throughout our stay. While we didn't utilize all the camping features—like the cooler, sink, and solar shower—to their full potential, we noted that they were in great condition and could have further enhanced our trip. The positives didn’t stop there. The staff, particularly James and Diamond, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to tour some of the other vans and campers available, which was a nice touch. The Jeep itself was in good operating condition, and the tires were in great shape, ensuring a smooth ride on our journey. However, there were a few opportunities for improvement. When we picked up the Jeep, it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned; we found bedding from the previous renter still in the rooftop tent, and the exterior of the vehicle clearly needed a wash. Additionally, the washer fluid was empty upon pickup, and the gas tank wasn’t full, which was a minor inconvenience that delayed our start slightly. Overall, Indie Camper provided a memorable and enjoyable rental experience. With a bit more attention to cleaning and vehicle readiness, they could elevate their service even further. Excellent service and the van was amazing! We were perfectly comfortable driving around Washington state parks and up to San Juan Islands on the ferry. What a fabulous van with everything we need at our fingertips. Thank you so much for making our vacation so easy and enjoyable!! Best vacation experience driving the Indue Camper van across Washington State parks. We hiked the Olympic State Parks and the van was perfect to drive up/down and around all the mountains. We even took the ferries around San Juan Islands for whale watching excursions. The van had everything we could want; we cooked, bathed, slept in comfort. What a great vacation driving the van to all our destinations with so much flexibility in our schedule. We slept next to the ocean, rivers, and free parking was fairly easy to find using apps. We hope to do this again soon and will definitely pick Indie Camper Van. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

We had the best time thank you!

We already submitted a complaint about a large number of items. Most notably: the roof vibrates and makes A LOT of noise, missing inventory items for cooking and the absence of 'raisers' to level the RV on oneven campgrounds. We enjoyed our trip very much! The RV performed great and the country was beautiful.

We were told no outside cleaning facilities were available at the Seattle depot, we paid to have the jeep washed elsewhere. We were slightly dubious when we arrived due to the location and state of the office but we soon realised that it was a case of don't judge a book by its cover. The Jeep was wonderful to drive and didn't let us down once. The pop up tent was great and we were sad to hand it back. Don't let the bad reviews put you off we had no problems at all. Overall a really great holiday we want to do again

Add an electric kettle in the kitchen kit for the Jeep. That would have been great to make noodles or coffee when it's raining outside.

Would be really great to add some more cutlery (for 4 persons) and also mugs. Was a really really great experience and rental!

Leave all the jack and tools in one spot for a mildly confused mechanic like me next time:))

Have more options for pick up and drop off times. Aside from that, thank you for so many wonderful amenities. I definitely wanna get a jeep just like this in the future, but this will do until then. Such an awesome resource.
