Great experience. An inverter would have been nice, as well as towels. The check-in was a bit awkward, with no one present initially, but it worked out in the end. All tanks should be provided full, which was not the case and required us to fill up on our own, taking time away from our vacation. Overall great experience that allowed us to get out and see Utah!

Our first van had major issues. We were not able to go on our trip on time, and we were confused with some charges. In the end it worked out by getting a new van that was suitable and we had an awesome trip. Our current van worked great but our first one did not… Communication was an issue with how this business model is set up. Nevertheless we enjoyed our trip and the people at the depot were kind.

Garret and Jackson are the greatest. Made the whole process simple and easy. Definitely will book again when I comeback next summer.

Véhicule spacieux et bien aménagé mais le kit vaisselle est minimaliste, il n'y avait pas de cales dans le camping-car et les prises USB avait été scotchées par les précédents utilisateurs pour cacher le voyant lumineux. D'autre part, nous avions demandé des chaines à neige et il y en avait qu'une seule dans le jeu qui nous a été donné. Heureusement que nous n'avons pas eu besoin.

Pot covers should fit on pot Mugs for coffee if you have a French press Only 1 fitted sheet and make sure to have a regular sheet Control panel that is functional Screen that are not broken or have broken zippers Even with the minor glitches, we had a great trip!

Cars should be cleaner, better quality of essential kit (no plastic bowls, better table). Great team at Salt Lake City branch.

At pick up we had to ask many questions about how to open the roof topper, run the stove, etc. I think the service team could have done better making sure we knew how to operate things things without us having to find someone who could show us. The Salt Lake City pick up area didn’t have a specific check in desk and the front area looked pretty junky and trashy. Overall our jeep was great and exactly as advertised, but these little costumer service things would have made the experience better. The jeep worked well. The roof sleeping area is about the size of a double mattress, and being able to open all the sides for screened in air floor was really nice. The cooler worked well as long as we ran the car about every 6 hours, if the car was off longer than 6 hours the cooler got warm (unless it was packed with drinks, then the drinks helped it stay cold). Overall a really great experience

Kitchen kits and bed are not so clean, you can see some stains on sheet and pillows The overall experience is good, but the car has some minor problems. The drain cover cannot be opened manually, there are some problems with the water inlet pipe, which causes some water leakage, and the water pressure is not very good. It still requires experience to operate this RV better.

More kitchen items provided and a detailed list. Vehicle was great, had a small issue with socket connections.

Some small mechanical issues getting into and out of the vehicle (loose locking mechanism), so maybe checking into those. But overall very satisfied. Thought this vehicle was the perfect size for a visit to national parks.

VAN Experience Fantastic ! But Indie Campers, please enhance your check-in and out steps. One video is not enough at check-in. Customers need to have a standard check-out process when returning the keys. This means that Indie Campers must check the vehicle WITH the customer, check the fuel, the propane, the mileage, the cassette, the gray tank, the cleaness of the interior and exterior. You can't say that you will receive your final report once the survey is completed ; I feel this like a scam method. This said, the experience was excellent, the staff was very kind, but the vehicle had a permanent leak on the water tank until the last third, so we had to fill it EVERYDAY in order to use the shower and toilet. The passenger belt was unscrewed and my wife hit her phone when I brake on a red signal ! I mentioned these points to Bridger Jensen who understood these very important security points and proposed to not charge the few extra miles as a compensation. Thanks to SLC Team, I think I will rent again for another trip.

I would just appreciate receiving the car with a full tank/returning it full, rather than starting with an empty one. Otherwise, I can only recommend it.

Had a damaged tire before taking off. Indie team did a great job of getting it taken care of and inspecting rest of vehicle before my family headed out Friendly and helpful!
